Laptop

Waffle pretty much always want to come and sit between me and my laptop these days, it can make surfing quite tricky but he's such a cutie pie I don't mind.

Sleepy Time

They love sleeping curled up next to each other on my favourite beat-up old chair.

Shape of my Heart

Sometimes the patch of tabby fur on the back of Waffle's neck looks like a heart. Although it could just be me imagining it...

Windows to the soul

I love this close up of Jeeves, his eyes are so beautiful. Whenever I look deep into the eyes of my cats I can totally understand why cats were worshipped in ancient Egypt.

Wakey, wakey

Waffle having a stretch after a nap on the windowsill. They love it up there, it's got a great view of the street, it's above the radiator and we put an offcut of carpet up there so it's super snuggly. They spend most afternoons chilling out there watching the world go by, and sleeping of course.

Bottle Tops

 

I've been using a hot water bottle for my back pain the last week, and invariably if I leave the hot water bottle unattended for even a milisecond one of the cats will set up camp on top of it. I went to the toilet a couple of days ago and this is what I came back to a few minutes later - it's hard to see but my hot water bottle wrapped in a towel is underneath all that cat. I'd be annoyed if it weren't so cute. <3

Overexposure

I like talking overexposed pictures of Waffle his white fur makes for interesting photos. I love this picture, he looks like a kitten. <3

Photobombed!

 

I was having a little photoshoot with Jeeves as he chilled out on the windowsill when Waffle photobombed us! I love this picture, because it encapsulates their personalities. Jeeves is a laidback and sleeps all the time and Waffle is inquisitive and has to know what's going on. 

A tail of two friends

 

I thought I might try and update the blog with just a picture or two every couple of days. Today's picture shows my wiggly tailed lovebug saying hello to Pete. 

Upside your head

Jeeves was very interested in the camera when I was taking snaps, he came right up to the lense and then rubbed his little face all over it. He feels the need to rub his head over anything me and Pete use, our laptops, PS3 controller, any books we happen to be reading...
